Our goal is to promote social equity in the communities in which we live, work and play.

To increase community service in neighborhoods.
To partner with other organizations and corporations to create networks to support the youth.
To build healthier, stronger more enriched communities through external educational programs and events.

To increase student graduation rates through unique external education initiatives
To host National Leadership Tours in major cities with struggling school districts.
To create organic gardens in communities, that have limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
To provide scholarships to deserving students.
To provide a strong internship program that will focus on job readiness, community service and professional development.
